Thats not computer lingo. One of the most common comp lingo you will find is short hand like u and wats up. Another you will find which is more confusing is something called 1337 133t or leet. Leet uses numbers and alt codes to get around censorship or just as short hand.

The only thing I can guess (and I'm not saying this is true!), is that they picked you for best answer, not really liking the answer you gave, but considering it the best of what was there. That might have been their way of saying "no comment"? I don't really know though, it that's some kind of computer lingo, I've never heard it!
On the other hand, maybe they were letting their cat type for them lol!

It doesn't mean anything.

The same thing happened to me when I was new to answers. I got best answer the guy left a comment like that. At first, I thought it was some weird net speak, so I did some research to learn what net speak looked like. Nothing like that. So I concluded that perhaps he didn't have any comments to give, didn't really like the answer or any other reason, so just wrote down a string of letters to say something.

I understand your confusion, though. It's annoying when people do that. Or leave a "." as a comment. I like feedback to my best answer. I like knowing what it was that made the person choose mine. It helps me improve the quality of my answers.

They probably didn't have anything to really respond to so they just typed random letters really fast. I do that sometimes on the subject lines of email (to good friends only) if it is just a random, multi-subject email that doesn't have a title but I feel I should put something anyway.
