I know it's painful to tell the truth.....but i will tell who is the real murderer, because I don't want to break any of the ten commandments.

i believe you should say that ur brother killed the person, at first you must tell the attorney i am sure you did. and tell him y did he do it and stuff, so he might be innocent even if he killed . i herad a case where a murderer was innocent . you just need a really good attorney to get him out of it.
lets say u want to protect your brother., i don think he will be satisfied to put another person in jail for a crime that was not done by him. he would not live happily be;lieve me. i know it tuff, but he has to face the truth..or else hie will suffer from the guilt.

You have to tell the truth:
1. It is not right to lie about an innocent party and have him punished, regardless of whether you like the person or not.
2. If you got caught lying, you would face perjury charges, though to me this is the lesser of #1.
I agree with an above poster; I had to read your question several times in order to understand it. Try using "spell check" before posting. Thank you.

I talk to my brother and tell him that I am going to tell the truth. I would tell my brother to talk with his lawyer now and see what can be done because I must tell the truth.

Tell me you weren't born in the US or I will stop paying taxes.
I would tell the truth, if my brother killed someone he's an idiot and deserves jail. (this state doesn't have capital punishment)
