i am a size 8 n i just want to lose a little bit of weight am trying to tone up...i have got a toner for my belly...i also have desent size boobs lol but because i have lost weight my bum has gone..its just really small...does anyone know any exsirsize i can do that will get it to be tone and abit bigger...thanks xx

you can tone areas but if you have fat on top of muscle you will not reduce the size of them - the only fat burning exercise is cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min. sit ups, crunches etc wont help you lose belly fat - quite opposite - they will make it look bigger since there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

to tone and increase muscle in your butt do a lot of squats, lunges, and kick-backs.
