The Bible CLEARLY states that we was created by God. So, there should be NO Debate whatsoever over this issue. Case Closed. we didn't evolve from no monkeys!

If you wish to address the question of "why does liberals think we evolved from monkeys?", please do so in a respectful, Christian-like, manner.

Thanks!

Tim.

Well, you're right. We didn't evolve from monkeys. We actually evolved from a type of ape.

And the bible clearly states a lot of things, a lot of which clearly couldn't have happened. Take Adem and Eve for example, and Noah's ark. An entire population of millions can NOT be descended from a single breeding pair. Thats a fact.
Such story's don't always have to be taken literally, but as parables from which to learn. After all, didn't Jesus tell parables as a way of getting a point across? Why couldn't God have done the same thru' the people writing those parts of the bible?

And just because God created us, doesn't mean that we couldn't have evolved. He could very well have created us, but not in the form we are in today.

So, why don't you try opening your mind a little?

The Bible was written by superstitious men who thought the earth was flat. You cannot believe anything that you read in the Bible. It was written many years ago when men often lied, or said foolish things because they were so uneducated.

There is no reason to be ashamed that your ancestors were monkies, although most scientists don't say that. They just point out that humans and monkies came from a common or the same ancestor. The way life evolved depends on the conditions in each part of the world, and while some life evolved into monkies, the same life in another part of the world developed into humans.
You might say we are close cousins to the monkey and since monkies are very intelligent, that is a compliment to human beings.

The bible also clearly states that there are talking donkeys. Therefore the bible is clearly total fantasy. Your conviction and total faith is admirable but is entirely misplaced and based on nothing more than a collection of unsubstantiated superstitions and beliefs that are entirely unsupported by evidence, reason, logic or common sense.

That we are "evolved from monkeys" is propaganda first put out nearly 150 years ago by people who deliberately misinterpreted Darwin's Theory of Evolution in order to discredit it in favour of their own pet ideas. How pathetic that 150 years later creationists are still uttering the same mantra like lobotomised parrots.

Darwin and Evolution never - ever - state that we evolved from monkeys and no-one believes they did today any more than they did when Darwin's theory was first published 148 years ago.

The Theory of Evolution states that we evolved from a common ancestor we share with apes. Apes and monkeys are different. If you don't undertsand the difference just say so and I'll get my 10-year daughter to explain it to you in nice simple words that even a creationist can understand.

Evolution can be divided into two parts, macro and micro. Micro evolution is a fact, where as macro evolution remains a theory due to debates on the exact steps of the evolutionary process. EVOLUTION DID HAPPEN we simply can’t trace the exact evolutionary steps of the of the 3 trillion plus species on earth. Considering there is no way that we can even prove if we have located all the species on earth, this may always remain a theory. We can prove though, beyond a doubt, that humans have evolved. We can trace it back conclusively 3.6 million years. 97% of all scientists accept evolution (so does the Catholic Church). Christians have spread lies about this excessively, they especially like to say evolution preaches that Humans evolved from monkeys. Evolution does not state that humans evolved from monkeys, that idea is completely absurd. Science states that monkeys and humans evolved from a shared forefather and are hence relatives, (all primates are) but we are in no way direct descendants of them

But the christian bible isn't all factual is it now? NO, it isn't.(that flood's a lie too) By the way, we didn't evolve from monkeys, other apes and humans share a common ancestor. Your argument is so horribly flawed it isn't funny, it's barely even a serious question(other people than liberals believe in evolution) And I refuse to do anything in a christian-like manner(whatever that is).

The Bible was CLEARLY written by men who didn't know anything about evolution, and liberals think we evolved from monkeys because of the scientific proof that backs the theory up. (i.e. the skeletons of Homo sapiens over time that show the eventual evolution to what we are today.)

Sigh.

If you actually ARE serious, you're a first-class idiot. I doubt you are; but sarcasm is virtually indistinguishable from actual Christian idiocy. I'll just go ahead and answer as if you are serious.

For starters, only "Christians" claim that we evolved from monkeys. No scientist would say anything of the sort. Modern man and modern apes evolved from a common ancestor, but that's apparently just too nuanced for you morons to understand.

Secondly, why do you believe in the Bible? You ARE aware that there are people in the world who don't, aren't you? And for those people, it simply doesn't matter what the Bible says about anything. You have no case to close.

Thirdly, with the "liberals" thing...LOL...really says it all, doesn't it? "American" "Christian" "conservatives" think that all the world's woes are due to "commie atheist liberals," apparently oblivious to the fact that ALL progress depends on "liberalism" in some form.

One word: science.

And if you want to deny the validity of science, then you had better start asking yourself if those invisible waves that allow TV, radio, and cell phone signal are real, if electricity is a tool of the devil (no mention of it in the Bible), and if medical discoveries should be viewed with suspicion.

I'm sorry if I sound harsh... everyone is entitled to their beliefs and, while I don't agree with you, I do respect that this is your belief on the topic. I also feel that if you are going force an issue like this down our throats (and blame liberals cuz God knows there are "no" conservatives who believe in evolution), that I am entitled to respond with my own "case closed" point of view.

I refuse do anything in a Christian manner seeing as I am not Christian, however I will be civil about.

The Bible is just a book, nothing more. It is not a history, at least not to me, so regardless what it says God did it really doesn't impact the evolution theory in anyway, because its not factual. Saying things like "because the Bibles says" is like someone telling you the sun is really Osiris because the Egyptians say so. Its not going to prove anything to someone that doesn't believe the same as you.
