It's only about 750 calories but I think it's healthy! What affect will it have on my body?

that diet is not healthy at all. it's not balanced lacking in proteins, fiber, healthy fats and fruits/vegetables.

Breakfast - is OK but a less processed cereal like whole oatmeal would be much better. you also need some protein in EVERY meal. so something like oatmeal and 2-3 egg whites or 1 whole egg

Snack - rice cakes are garbage. they provide no nutrients and stimulate lipoprotein lipase (LPL). LPL is pretty much the gatekeeper for fat storage, you don't want to increase LPL.

Lunch - soup is fine but it should be something high in fiber that contains lentils or beans, etc. and you also need a serving or protein here

Snack - OK

Dinner - 86 the soup and stick with fish nightly for dinner. you also need some steamed veggies, etc.

* where is the rest of the food? 750 cals isn't enough to support a 5 year old let alone someone that's in middle or high school. at 750 calories your metabolic rate will slow to a crawl. you won't lose any fat and will most likely gain some body fat at a very slow rate. you should NEVER consume less calories than your BMR requires or your body will not have sufficient energy to perform the most basic biological functions properly

you need more calories, more protein, and more exercise. it is not completely "unhealthy" this diet you are doing, just unrealistic. if you deprive yourself of taste, it is likely that you will give up soon...so eat some of what you like, of course in moderation and take a daily jog...anywhere between 2-3 miles. that should only take between 25-45 minutes. good luck

Sounds like a very reasonable plan. Just remember that you have to be able to live with your diet plan to keep the weight off and plan for that contingency when you have lost as much as you want to lose.

The food your eating is good. You're on the right track, but you need more calories. Your body is burning more calories then you eat and that's not good.
