This recipe is quick and easy and will be a guaranteed hit at the office. The great thing is, it only has four ingredients and you can make it before you go to work. You may want to make extra. It goes QUICK!!!!

You will need 2 cans of croissants, 1 lb. of jimmy dean sausage in the rolls, 12oz tub of whipped cream cheese, and a package of shredded cheese.

Preheat oven according to directions on the back of the croissant cans, lightly spray the bottom and sides of a 13x9 pan. Open 1 can of croissants and unroll the whole pastry in bottom of pan (do not separate) to make a crust. Brown the sausage as you would hamburger meat. Drain fat and return to skillet. Add the cream cheese and melt together with the sausage. When completely melted and mixed thoroughly, then pour mixture on top of the crust. Sprinkle the top of the mixture with as much shredded cheese as desired. Unroll the last can of croissants on the top to make the top crust. Bake in the oven as directed on the can (usually about 11 or 13 minutes). Make sure to make plenty of the casserole. Good luck.

Oooh, I would bring my baked peachy french toast, it's awesome. Cut your favorite loaf of bread in 1" thick slices, (i recommend whole grain, italian, or even sourdough) and place in single layer in a baking dish Cover with frozen peaches. Pour over the egg mixture (egg, and milk or cream), sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake covered at 375 about 20-25 minutes, remove cover and bake until the top gets browned and eggs are cooked through.

Sorry no definite measurements, I cook the grandma way. You could also bring a variety of cooked breakfast meats to choose from, too.

You can't go wrong with either a hashbrown casserole (can be made the night before and whacked in the oven while you shower), or a breakfast pizza with scrambled eggs and sausage and cheese. (Requires waking up a lot earlier.) At least for me I don't like sweets in the morning, I need something savory.

I would serve a nice breakfast casserole with a big bowl of cut up fresh fruits and a nice piece of fancy bread, or rolls.
INGREDIENTS
12 slices bacon
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 cups croutons
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
1 bell pepper (any color), diced
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Melt butter in the microwave, or in a small pan on the stove over low heat. Spray a 9x12 inch baking dish with vegetable spray. Place croutons in the bottom of the dish, and drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisking to break up the yolks. Add milk, peppers, mustard, salt, and pepper, and beat until well-combined. Pour over the croutons and cheese, and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.

how about blintzes! Or homemade doughnuts. Just take biscuits that you get in a tube in the refrigerated section like Hungry Jack or something and quarter them. Then deep fry them in oil. After they are done roll them in sugar while they are still hot. Soooo gooood!
