You are better off drinking water-I like mine with lots of ice and a fresh lemon slice. Or even iced tea with lemon.
These drinks have mostly sucrose, which is another form of sugar that gives off temporary energy. Not the best to drink, but ok once in a while.

Neither.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

If your water says 'no sugar', and it's flavored, it's just like drinking decaf soda with no bubbles and no sugar. What's the fun of that? Plus, you can get vitamins for like, 2.50 dollars in drugstores for 100 doses. That's what I do. Plus, your body needs REGULAR water, too, so don't drink JUST vitamin water. Hope this helps.

It contains vitamins. But all the products with artifial ingredients it's bad in a long term. Once in a while it's ok to drink it.
