yes i think its possible but you still wanna be heathy not anerexic. you dont have to only drink water and eat yogert and vegi's. you still need to have full meals but dont stuff yourself and dont eat crap like candy and exersize. but dont starv your self because you will be scary thin! so when you go out to dinner get a salad first and get something small for the real dinner like a wrap! and if you go to mcdonalds get the snack wrap and a diet coke...or just a slade and a diet coke...or a water either is fine but dont just drink water either because there is alot of other stuff you can drink that doesnt make you gain weight such as...coke zero...diet coke...vitamin water...and special K protein water and for Break feast ;] umm get like life cereal or spiecal K ceral and if you go to this web site there is alot of stuff you can eat and drink and still be heathy...http://www.specialk.com/
well good luck and remember ... stay heathy!

No, it's not possible not lose weight or gain weight if you eat 600 calories a day. It's not even healthy. In fact, you will lose weight, and it won't be fat. Water weight is the first to go, then muscle, then fat. So really, even if you're eating healthy food, it's still not enough. Women need at least 1000 calories per day (average around 1200-1600) to maintain a healthy weight. Just out of curiosity, why would you want to eat 600 calories a day if you weren't doing it to lose weight?

I worry that this is not a nutritionally sound diet. I'm sure that you would lose weight if you followed this regimen, but it would not be good for you over any length of time. You need some protein in your diet, or your body will start burning muscle tissue. You don't say how old you are or how much weight you want to lose. A diet that is rich in fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and fiber that limits fats and empty carbohydrates is best in the long run. Drink water as much as you want, but don't try to eliminate all food groups from your diet. That just isn't healthy.

You could certainly lose weight that way, but it probably wouldn't be the healthiest or smartest way to do so.
Is that swimming just lounging around in the water for an hour, or swimming laps for an hour? There's a huge difference! And sticking to hour-long workouts is tough for most people. Whoever is doing this needs to find an activity (or activities, cross-training is good!) that they really enjoy enough to stick with several days a week, for months and months at a time (ideally, for life - but it's OK to change activities when you get bored with something).
Drinking water is good, but so is tea. Milk is good, too, in moderation. You didn't mention breakfast...healthy cereal and milk for breakfast is fine (no Sugar-crusted Frosted Sugar Bits!) Yogurt and vegetables are good, too, but you need to add protein and fat, in moderation, of course. Lean meats (chicken breast, turkey, leaner cuts of beef) are fine, most fish is really good for you, and if you're a vegan, there are always legumes (beans and their relatives). Most of your dinner should be vegetables, but you don't have to stick to them exclusively (and probably shouldn't).
Just because you can lose weight by doing something doesn't mean it's a smart thing to do. You can lose weight by fasting 4 days a week, but you won't find any nutritionists telling you to do it that way!

yes, you'll loose weight, but it's not a healthy diet to choose by just drinking water eating yoguhrt and vegetables, there's other essential nutrients and vitamins from other foods that are very important for your body to continue functioning normally, consider looking at the new food guide and follow at least 80% of the time and you should be alright, with the added exercise and a maintenace diet you'll be set, your heart and health will thank you.

A balanced diet and excercise once a day will help you lose weight. Swimming is thought to be the most useful excercise to lose weight because you use mostly every muscle in your body to swim!

Yes, you would lose weight quickly if you starve yourself that way . The problem is, that once you started eating normally, you would pack the pounds back on quickly because your metabolism would have slowed. It's a much better option to speak to your doctor about a healthy weight-loss plan, if you do in fact need to lose weight.

Oh yeah, you could lose weight like that. But I don't think you would be eating enough. Your brain alone requires a few hundred calories per day to function. Add a few more snacks to that.

i don't think it's a good idea. A regular excercise and a balanced diet is the better solution. If we try to lose weight faster, we won't be sure whether we're losing weight or health. So be cautious.

Probably, but that's not really healthy. That sounds like you are starving yourself. Not only that, but veggies and yogurt isn't going to give you balanced nutrition. You just need to eat smarter, and exercise daily. There are no shortcuts.
