This was my original question that I would like you to read before answering this one.
My back hurt from Thursday until Sunday, stopped Monday & Tuesday for the most part, then when I woke up Wednesday it was back again. I have been getting more rest, exercising easily, and sleeping on my back or stomach. Does this mean it could be a popped nerve since it is recurring?

I would not jump to the conclusion that it's a popped nerve. I don't think the other person answered you correctly. First off you should rest and not be exercising until you see a chiropractor. Chiropractors are the best for back problems. Also you should not sleep on your stomach that causes more stress on the spine. The best sleep position is on your back.

I've enclosed a link where you can find a chiropractor in your area that uses a very gentle technique.

Would you be willing to go to a chiropractor? They can fix your problem easily. Whether its muscle or bone related, they are your solution. Sometimes if you pop out your back it seems okay for a while but the muscles try to move it back. That's why it stops and then starts again. A good chiropractor will help your body to heal itself. That's the best thing-naturally.
