Iam a 28 yo female. For the past few months I have been having pain on the side of my left breast, slight pain in the left chest area and some pain around my left shoulder blade area. Also I have had a lot of belching. I have a 1 yo daughter and while I was preg. I had a lot of belching also and it seemed to continue after having her. Sometimes I also get lightheadedness. One more thing my BP runs on the low side. Can all this be related to the same issue? My husband thinks it may just all be from stress and anexity.I have an appointment for August but in the mean time I thought I'd see if anyone had any suggestions on what be causing this.

Hi Jamie. It if very possible that you have a Hiatal Hernia. This is common with and after pregnancy and it can cause the pain and belching you are experiencing.
You may want to see your family Chiropractor for an evaluation. He/she can adjust/reduce the hernia with manual therapy.

it is good you are going to the doctor especially if you are running a low bp, this can contribute to dizziness. if you are having sharp pain in the chest and shoulder with belching this could be from gas, sometimes gas gets trapped in the body and can be painful. Try gasx.

try gas x or drink warm sprite to increase belching
