Is my username's french grammar correct?

Question

do you see it? it says charlotte_de_allemagne and really I was just guessing because I know absolutely no french i'm sorry to say.

I based it on you know who, Charlotte de Monaco but when I look up allemagne sometimes it is written l'allemagne so i am now confused.

Obviously I'm trying to say Charlotte of Germany, can anyone help me? I hope I am right, please say i am right because I can't change it now lol :)

It should be Charlotte d'Allemagne. You change de to d' before a vowel.
