For a male 15% is ideal. It's more for a women, about 24%. However males can get very low body fat. Bobybuilders get to 5%. Most of those are taking steroids though. I've been at 10% when I was 20 years younger. You're good.

It's satisfactory. 18% should be the boundary to be considered fat so 14% is okay if you are living a healthy life style. If you want to be athletic though, less than that specifically in the single digits is ideal. It does take effort to maintain a single digit body fat though.

Your BMI and body fat are in what is considered a "normal, healthy" range.

You might be more fit if you lost some body fat, but it's not worth stressing over.
