Oh goodness me. IT's really rather simple - be honest, be gracious and be subtle.
Be gracious in everything you do. Walk with grace, talk with grace, act with grace. That doesn't mean mincing your steps - but try not to be a lumbering oaf. Lumbering oafs with great, goofy laughs etc. are tolerated - but not truly accepted.
Use good grammar. Butchering your native language is considered low class. If English is your second language, try with all your might to use good grammar - not easy. BUT never, ever butcher your native tongue.
Use good table manners - Eat slowly and chew with your mouth closed - things like that. Even simple fare - beans & cornbread - can be eaten with good table manners. And please, forget that stupid pinky thing - Hollywood stuff.
Understate things - speech, makeup, dress, laugh, etc. - and above all, avoid vulgar language. A casual conversation peppered with profanity is considered - well, trash and is to be discounted.
Groom yourself - clean clothes, clean hair, nails, no tattoos or piercings please - readily visible or not. That includes belly buttons etc.
Upper class people don't think about how much money you SPEND - it's how much money you KEEP. That is, flashing that $400 designer purse or shoes is considered nouveau riche - and quite gauche. However, polished shoes and a freshly laundered and ironed name-brand blouse is considered impressive.
In every situation, speak when you're certain that you are adding to the conversation - otherwise remain silent. A ****** eyebrow or half smile can say much much more than a billion words.
Get the best education you can afford - and broaden your horizons a lot. I, for one appreciate Tupac's lyrics - but I often wonder how many hip-hopsters appreciate Mozart or Chopin. To their credit - hopefully more than one would think.
And believe me, the trades are more appreciated than you would think. Indeed, I regard my auto mechanic on the same level of professionalism as my physician or dentist. He keeps my antique volvo running - for that I am delighted to offer him my utmost respect.
Keep promises. Be on time. If you say you are going to do something - do it. Promptly and to the best of your abilities. If something messes up - immediately notify your superiors and take responsibility - even if it's truly someone else's fault. No one respects a finger-pointer - but will allow slack for someone who owns up to mistakes.
And try your best to present two logical answers to whatever problems you may bring to your supervisor. Even if she says "no" to both of them, she'll know you took the situation seriously.
There are more things - but I hope this gets you started.

Liberals including Kerry and most of Hollywood have a lot more money than Republicans. The Democrats want to think they are the party of the "people" but they want to take all the regular peoples' money away in taxes. They think if they keep telling people that all Republicans are rich people who want to keep all their money the people will be sheep enough to vote for them and then they can control them through legislation and taxation, that's what they always do. I am mostly Republican and I certainly am not rich. Where I used to live in upstate NY it was Rebublican and NY state would go democrat because of all the city people while the people upstate were not really represented. That is how Hillary won. Here in AZ, it was much more republican before so many people from CA moved in.

Carry yourself well. Use proper manners. Dress and act appropriately for your age and the situation. Do not speak with slang, profanity, or incomplete words or improper grammar. In other words, try to refrain from words like "didn't", use "did not". Do not insert the word "like" into every other phrase. Try not to sound uneducated or like a "valley girl".

Why "upper class"? Who cares about what class you appear to be in?
Why not how to be more lady like? Or elegant? Or kind and well mannered?
I'm sorry I just think that's silly...
America is too worried about material things and appearances and what other people think about them.
And by the way, trying to be more ladylike, kind, well mannered will help you to appear more "upper class"...

I believe that real upper-class people speak directly, behave unobtrusively, and don't get in the newspapers. Watch your favorite "celebrity" types and do the opposite.

Try not to show off. Less is more in that matter. Listen a lot, ask questions, but not probing ones. Ask about their interests, the cities they prefer, and why. Be quiet and receptive.
