Ha, I used to call my boyfriend boo boo head. But, I'm pretty sure you're looking for something a little less gross than that...one of my friends calls her boyfriend Muffin because one day he drove all the way over to her house and brought her her favorite chocolate chip muffins. I guess, you should just think of something cute he does or has done and make a name out of it.
