If you haven't eaten anything yet, then eat something now. The longer you leave it, the worse it wil be.
Basically, if you want to feel good within yourself, the best advice is to eat 5-6 small meals a day at regular 2-3 hr intervals. And drink lots of water.
Your big meals should all be towards the start of the day and dinner in the evening should be a lot smaller. Also, doing the obvious things like cutting out the fried fatty foods is a good idea and using lots of vegetables (fresh or frozen) is another positive step. Want to eat something nutritious and healthy? Try a small Tuna or Chicken omelette with a helping of broccoli.
Indoor exercises that you can do to help are all the usual ones. These include:
Press-ups
Crunches
Squats
Lunges

The best way to lose weight is doing exercise.
The best type of exercise for weight loss is something you ENJOY DOING and are likely to continue doing - not just while losing weight but also as you maintain weight in the long term.
Your initial fitness goal should be to do 30 minutes of exercise each day. Thereafter, gradually increase this (ideally) to about 60 minutes of exercise per day.
The best combination of exercise is a mixture of aerobic and weight/strength training (and stretching). Aerobic and weight/strength training exercises both assist weight loss but in different ways.

I dont wanna sound boring
but to loose weight it doesn't take a day.
Honestly
if you realy want to loose weight
try it for a week
remember healthly you can only loose about 2 pounds a week.
So
I suggest in the week.Drink more water during excercize but dont force it down
anyway 80% of our water we have to have daily is in our diets.So..do cardio workout for 10 mins abs and mat work for 10 mins
but before you do those two.
Warm up..do anything to get your blood pumping like jogging on the spot and stretch aswell....
with the food bit
just look at something you'd have evryday and honestly cut all the things on your plate
"in half"
throw the other half away
i know it seems like wasteing food,but its not becuase the food is already wasted when its bought..if you didn't buy it.someone else would have

Get a omitting rope, skip for two units, do push ups for a minute or so, skip for two minutes, rest for starters minute. Then change the push nearly something else like sit ups along with do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s an instant, effective workout that will improve results than a long operate or swim.

Thats not good...! If you starve your body..it'll got into starvation mode and not function well!
Right telling off over!
Porriage with fruit in..I.e Raisins and some water.
Then an apple
Lunch.. Wholemeal Pitta, salad leaves, chicken, low fat spread..
Yogurt.
Cup of hot water and lemon or if htat sounds grim... Some fruit juice
Dinner... Grilled salmon, new potatoes, green beans..
seeds and nuts for snacks..
Sounds gross... Yep.. but is good for you!!
Swimming is the best exercis eyou can do.. But if no pool is within easy reach, walking/running...
Dont bother with doing a million sit ups.. running will do the same thing, but work your whole body!!

Dont eat anything but a banana everyday and eat it at like 3:00pm after that at about 5:00 go for a quick run. That way your not starving yourself but your only eating a little trust me it works really fast! Remember only eat 1 banana a day! and nothin else.
