The simple answer is Yes, I mean I don' think I need a paragraph to explain why. But humans have evolved to the point where we don't need fear of punishment from an invisible force to have morals.

You can be moral without believing in God.
Are you an English teacher? You sound like an English teach. If you want us to write a paragraph at least ask a question that requires a paragraph answer. This is ridiculous. Are you happy now. I am not.

Yes. But that is a very short paragraph. I suppose you want something more like: Morality is not based solely on a god or a god concept. Morality is simply the accepted way people should behave in a civilized society. Morality can be based on any number of things, only one of which is god. You could base your morality on the principal of 'What does the most good for the most people in any given circumstance." This type of morality simply uses logic and reason to decide what is the best course of action for an individual to take.
How's that? Better?

Can people be moral without believing in God? The answer is of course yes because there are plenty of atheist that are very moral people. The vast majority of people on this planet I would argue are moral. While individual morals my vary from person to person that just the nature of morals. Look at this way I don't know a single person that would consider Buddhist to be immoral and they do not believe in god. So again you can be moral with out believing in god.

Absolutely. It is put there by God - Believe it or not.
God’s character explains the objective moral values that logically precede our having a moral sense. Although the non-theist may believe that objective moral values exist without reference to God, there is an ultimate question: What underlies those objective moral values?
What is evil? It isn’t simply chaos or pain or feeling bad. Real, objective evil is the lack or absence of goodness. That is, the presence of evil presupposes the existence of an objective moral standard that is being violated. If real evil exists, then an objective standard of goodness by which something is deemed evil must also exist. It is hard to see, given a naturalistic view of things, where this standard of goodness could come from.

Yes, there is morality without god(s). Morality exists as a social contract which allows humans to live in communities and prosper. It is part of early childhood socialization.
It is essentially the golden rule, which has existed in pretty much every society since the dawn of man. It is likely that this concept was a part of social evolution, where those who could follow it were allowed to be part of the group and survive and those who could not were cast out of the group and had to try and survive on their own.
It is also interesting to note that as children we are taught morals, and these morals differe from culture to culture, but there are often a few "universal" morals. These morals grow more complex as each society grows, and laws are formed. The oldest example, Hamurabi's Code, is fairly comprable to modern law in several respects. It's incredibly harsh, but it has the basic tenents of don't lie, steal, don't hurt your superiors. Morals and laws are often different, but they do coincide at important parts to protect the citizenry.

We cannot find out the standard of moral codes unless and until we find out the standard of morality in all perfectness.
What is moral for you, it may be immoral for others. To be moral means to obey Krishna's order, God's order. That is morality. You cannot create morality. You are imperfect. Your senses are imperfect. You do not know what is actually moral. Therefore we should implicitly, blindly follow the orders of Krishna, the Supreme Personaty of God, or His representative. That is moral.
Just like a gang of thieves. A gang of thieves, after plundering booties from some gentleman's house, they came outside the village, and they were dividing. So one of the thieves is saying, "Sir, let us divide it honestly. Let us divide the booty honestly." Now, their basic principle is dishonesty, and now they want to divide honestly. So everyone in this world is more of less immoral, they are all dishonest, because everyone is exploiting the property of God. What is this honesty? There cannot be honesty. Anyone who is not a devotee of the Lord, he cannot be possessing any good qualities. That is not possible. He must be dishonest if he is a not devotee of the Lord. He must be dishonest.

In today's world, sure, why not. But would we have got to this stage without religion ? Who would have defined what was moral ? Would polygamy be acceptable ? Slavery, retribution killings, child pornography ? Would might still be right ? Historically, what would have caused us to form the moral code we have today ? It was the religious movements throughout history that convinced the Rulers of their time to treat the common man better, with the promise of heaven and the threat of hell.

I believe that we can be moral without God. The concept of morality does not originate from religion, but from our needs as social animals. We need each other to survive, and so we must determine ways of dealing with each other that are acceptable to all of us--or at least to the majority of whichever group we belong to. This does not require a belief in God, but a belief in each other.

You don’t have to believe in God to believe in doing the right thing. But how do we know what the right thing is? That has been defined through God’s laws. So yes, you can follow God’s laws without believing in God. When I was an agnostic I didn’t go around lying or cheating people. The only difference was that I was doing it without knowing God’s love, comfort, guidance, mercy, joy and peace.
