There are two considerations to examine:
1. the physical
2. the mental
Physically, it is stimulation and danger free.
Mentally, I would venture to guess you aren't respecting the other person. I would, because I have, simply used another for my own benefit.
Did you know there are no restraints given between a husband and a wife? So in that context, let the passions flow.
But there are also no conditions where sex is allow outside of marriage. So in that context, no passion is to flow.
Mt 5: 27"You have heard that it was said, 'Do not commit adultery.'[e] 28But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. 30And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.

Yes.
+ Pornography +
Pornography consists in removing real or simulated sexual acts from the intimacy of the partners, in order to display them deliberately to third parties.
Catholics believe that pornography offends against chastity because it perverts the intimate giving of spouses to each other.
It does grave injury to the human dignity of all participants (actors, vendors, the public), since each one becomes an object of base pleasure and illicit profit for others.
For more information, see the Catechism of the Catholic Church, section 2354: http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt3sect2chpt2art6.htm#2354
+ Masturbation +
Judeo-Christian tradition has taught for thousands of years:
1. Single people should be celibate.
2. Married people should be faithful to each other (adultery is wrong).
The Catholic Church recognizes the power of sex when it teaches, "Sexuality affects all aspects of the human person in the unity of his body and soul."
Chastity means the successful integration of sexuality within the person. A chaste person's body and spirit lives in unity and opposes any behavior that would impair that unity.
Masturbation is contrary to the human dignity of the person, anyone about whom the person has lustful thoughts, and the dignity of human sexuality.
For more information, see the Catechism of the Catholic Church, section 2352 and following: http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt3sect2chpt2art6.htm#2352
+ With love in Christ.

if you look to lust you have done the sin in your heart. It most certainly is a sin which polutes your mind with sin, and makes your heart desire wickedness continually. Stop it and repent. Share intimacy with your spouse if you cannot be celibate, but no birth control.
LOVE your neighbor as yourself.
Amen.
