No - but some of the antibiotics can speed up your intestinal motility so everything goes past faster (ie. gives you diarrhoea).

In these cases, even if there is no diarrhoea, sometimes this can reduce the absorption of nutrients (or other medicines like the Oral Contraceptive Pill).

Not directly, but it can affect the bacteria in your intestines. Your intestinal flora are important in digestion and if they are killed off your digestion will be disrupted and you will absorb fewer nutrients.
