First of all, I doubt it is for some biological reason. Those children who drink milk more often would do better than those who don't, so in terms of evolution a taste for milk is good.
I think many children don't drink milk for the same reason they don't eat veggies: because they can easily reach out and get sugary and prepared drinks and foods.

I am assuming you mean milk from another animal. Some children don't like to drink milk because it's not natural for them. Plus it's not very healthy to drink it. Why are humans the only animals to drink milk past infancy? I say it's because they like to.

*Read this and decide for yourself*
A quote taken from the article:
"The milk of every species of mammal
is unique and specifically tailored to the requirements of
that animal."
Also, milk tastes gross and makes me gag. No, I'm not lactose intolerant. I am also not saying that a person should NOT drink milk, but it shouldn't be beat and forced into a child. Milk is just a drink, and water plus a good diet (that includes vegetables and such) would do much better.

Drinking milk isn’t the only way to enjoy its benefits. For example, try making soup and oatmeal or other hot cereals with milk instead of water. Pour milk over cold cereal for breakfast or a snack. Incorporate milk into a fruit smoothie or milkshake. Chocolate milk and cocoa made with milk are also ways to increase the milk in your child’s diet.
Sources of calcium also might include an ounce or two of cheese on pizza or a cheeseburger, a cup of calcium-enriched orange juice, or a small carton of yogurt. Your kids can also get calcium from dark green, leafy vegetables like kale or bok choy, or foods such as broccoli, almonds, tortillas, or tofu made with calcium. Many popular foods such as cereals, breads, and juices now have calcium added too. Check the Nutrition Facts label on the package to be sure.
Calcium is a mineral that is mostly present in your child's bones. Having a diet with foods that are high in calcium to meet daily requirements is necessary for the development of strong bones. It is also an important way to prevent the development of osteoporosis in adults.
Since milk has a lot of calcium in it, children who routinely drink milk each day usually easily meet their daily requirements of calcium. Children with milk allergies or who just don't like milk are a little more of a challenge to meet these requirements, but it is still easy if you learn to read food labels.

I expect, if it's not a medical problem, it's just due to the taste. As a small child, I hated milk, and wouldn't drink it, at all, period. And as an adult, I still can't stand the stuff. Horrible taste and smell. I've tried drinking it, but it makes me gag. I've always preferred a glass of water or some juice, or, well, anything else.
Everyone's different.

Well, there are all sorts of hormones and antibiotics in cows' milk. Besides, the excess protein in dairy products causes kids to LOSE calcium. Get soy milk for your kids--many brands are fortified with calcium. My favorite brand for drinking is Silk chocolate. They may like another brand. You can also cook and bake with soy milk the exact same way you do with cows' milk.

It depends,
Some children Love Milk
and some hate the taste of blandness.
Im a child myself hate it by itself.
But if you add a couple of teaspoons of Nesquik or Milo...
Children would probly drink it more.

I'm not sure. Everything is different though. I only like chocolate milk, but sometimes I'm in the mood for regular milk.

I am an adult and still don't like to drink milk. I mostly don't like the consistency or the fact that it really doesn't seem to quench my thirst. However, I love hot chocolate, milk and cereal, and cold, cold chocolate milk.
My granddaughter loves milk though.
