And how do we get rid of them fast..also how can you do little things to prevent them..they may be little things and silly, but still, what things could you do to stop them..i hurd that wiping you phone can stop them aswell..=S

Well first you really didn't state what kind of "spots" that you were talking about. Are these spots from pigment problems or just holding the telephone to much. If it's from the phone then maybe wiping the phone is best or stop talking so much on the telephone, maybe you are getting bruised from that. If they come from discoloration or a pigment condition then see your primary care physician and let he/she help you with this problem.
