I am 6ft 4, I am 16. I want to be normal size, or at least stop growing. How??

The only way you can stop growing is to stop eating.

Males usually stop growing at the age of 18 and even earlier and females at the age of 15 and even earlier but some people grow beyond those ages and it varies for different people.

Hopefully your growth is behind you and you won't grow any taller.

Basketball would be a good sport for you.

You will grow to whatever your genes call for. Today, 6' 4" is becoming the norm.

i dont think you can stop growing maybe if you drink coffee it might make you stop getting taller if you drink it everyday but im not sure
