ok so ive got a cold or flu wut ev and now i got alot of flem and its bloaking my throat so im losing my voice and i wanna no a natural way to get rid of it and my dad said hewing on ginger does this help?

drink a lot of water, at least 10 to 12 glass a day...i assure u the flem will dissapear.

I've also heard that drinking tonic water helps--I guess it has quinine or something in it that's supposed to help. The lemon water is a good option as well, as is just staying hydrated in general. Stay away from milk and milk products as much as you can.

I know it is not a "natural way", but Mucinex helps me. Drink plenty of liquids also. I have allergies and it is the only thing that helps me. You can see your doctor to make sure what you have. I hope you feel better soon.

drink a full glass of warm water with a tablespoon of lemon juice. add a spoon of honey to it.
this will remove that flu or w/e.
and, have hot soups and stuff. also, drink lots of water and have food with vitamin c!

ginger may help however lemon juice and boiling water will have you feeling better in no time!
