I'm 13 years old and weigh 35.1 kg. How can I gain weight without eating junk foods or going on an eating mission whatever? I don't eat a lot at once...and I enjoy mashed bananas :D

Don't worry, a lot of people are quite skinny while they're still growing. If you don't eat a lot at once, then keep snacks with you so you can eat more often. Nuts are good: they're high-protein and high-energy. Make sure you eat enough protein, otherwise even if you exercise you won't fill out with muscle. Protein bars are fine, but make sure they have NO artificial protein in them: it's dangerous while you're still growing. You can get lots of protein from one egg, so try taking egg-mayo sandwiches for lunch. Also make sure you get enough calcium from dairy, oranges and almonds (or take a supplement). While you're growing, your bones are getting longer, so they need calcium to build with.

I would try three meals a day (carb, protein, and fruit or veggie) and two snacks (2 of the categories for each) and slowly increase your portion sizes. Try combining foods too. I love bananas and I'll put slices of it on my oatmeal, on toast, on pancakes & waffles, in cereal, on granola, eat with cookies, etc. So find something you like (such as the mashed bananas) and try to incorporate it in to various snacks & meals.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

I think your best bet is to see your doctor to find out why you're so thin. He may say your weight is o.k. and you can just try some meal replacements like PediaSure to gain weight, or there may be a medical problem. Talk to your parents first before you change your diet.
