There are other reasons besides the fact she just isn't interested in you that way why she turns you down for a date. The main two would be that she is either taken or she isn't available to go out with you. You just don't take rejection personally.

If you want to increase your odds of getting a date, you have to work on your flirting skills and be able to talk to a woman with ease. You then have to have the courage to ask her out. You also have to work on your sense of style where you will draw interest from the opposite sex. Being able to be charming and romantic is always a big bonus.
