I would definately try floral sundries wholesalers. There was one in Romford called Bs',wether it is still there I dont know but good luck

get in contact with a farrier the one that comes to our yard just leaves them - we have stacks - but where they have been left outside are now rusty! Ring around a few farriers they will let you have loads for a small price!

look in the yellow pages, you will find loads of people in there that shoe horse's, they will be able to help you out.
If not look at ebay.
