There is no set standard that makes girls or any escort service to have there people checked. There is no way to really do it. Believe me I used to work in the business most all people in this are lost street people who do drugs and drink a lot of alcohol. They do not feel good about them selves So do not trust them .They do not get checked. If the individual is clean they may go to a Dr. and get checked themselves. But Who can say for sure.

if done in a reputable establishment..most are. street girls...probably not...
