Just a couple of minutes ago, my left hand started numbing up as if it was really cold, but it wasnt. There was a sufficiant blood cirulation, my fingers were the same size and colour as the ones on my right hand. I tried to exercise it for a bit but that didnt seem to do anything. A couple of mins later my lower lip started to tingle alot. I checked to see if it was swelling but it looked no different than what it normally looks like. Then, a couple more mins after that, the tip of my tounge started to tingle aswell, I checked again to see if that was swelling but it looked fine. After about 6-7 mins everything just stopped and returned to normal. I am 14 years old and I have never experienced anything like this. Should I be worried or is it quite normal?

Not normal, at all, but not life-threatening enough to get worried about until it's happened more than once.

Sometimes my tongue tingles, or my lip, when I'm about to sprout a canker sore, just BTW.

kinds sounds like an anxiety attack. calm yourself...were you hyperventilating???If so try taking several breaths in a paper bag...it helps...sounds like you need to relax..read..listen to music..chill.....
