yes. Hysterectomy is the removal of the uterus (with other parts of the organ depending on the types. But YOU CAN STILL GET infection. Chlamydia, syphillis, aids. yeah...

The answer is yes. Just because the Uterus and possibly the ovaries are gone, does not prevent STD's.

As long as you have sex and intermingle bodily fluids, you can get STD's, don't kid yourself, use protection.
