He probably needs a vet and I don't mean this to be cruel or insensitive, but I am saying this as an animal lover and a multi-animal owner, if you can't afford a vet, you shouldn't have the animal. Care is the most important part. I wish you luck.

Nobody can diagnose your puppy through the net so the ONLY logical person that can will be a vet. These puppies are YOUR responsibility and if you could not afford vet care you should not have bred your dogs so now, you will have to find the money and get that puppy to the vet before it dies.
Why don't you use the money you are saving for the Lab puppies you plan on buying in 2009?

As for a Vet's phone number, all you need to do is get out a phone book and look it up. We do not know where you live so how can we give you a vet's number?

you shoudn't be allowed to have a pet then. would you have a baby if you couldn't take it to the pediatritian? He is probably dying yes. dogs shouldn't leave their moms until 10 weeks old it will cause emotional scaring if they do. As i have told several people IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD A PET DON'T OWN ONE!!!!!! They are just like peeople. when a baby is born they give it shots.your pup is probably dying for several reasons. he should still be nursing for 2 more weeks he could be constipated (dogs licks the behind tostimulate a movement and they will not go on their own sometimes unless this is done) and all puppies are born with harmful parasites ( hookworms roundworms tapeworms heartworms.) you cannot treat them all by using the OTC type or worming medicine not to mention that your not supposed to ue it on a puppy youger than 12 weeks old. also fleas alone kill puppies that young. you can only bathe it with natural flea shampoo(the other kid has harful pestacides and say you can't use it on puppies younger than 12 weeks old. and them you have to dry himoff completely and hold him in a towel so he doesn't catch the chills which in animals that young can be fatal. I hope you learn from this and don't get another animal if you can't afford it. Do the right thing and just say you found it abandoned and leave it at the vet and see if they can save its life. at least if you cant afford it and it lives someone can takegood care of it. the vet wont charge you if you say its a stray. or if you are scared put him in a boxin front of the door and leave. you cant just let him die.

If you can't afford a vet, then you should not have dogs! The puppy sounds as if it is having seizures, which can be caused by a number of things, one of them being distemper. You need to call your local Animal Shelter to come and get the puppy and the other dogs,so they can be treated, spayed and neutered and given NEW homes, where someone can afford a vet.I know this sounds harsh, but if it is distemper, then ALL of your dogs will get it,and die.Why ,oh why do people do this? Why on Earth did you let the dogs breed when you cannot afford a vet?

Do I know what you should do? Yes. CALL YOUR VET. If you can't afford a vet, you shouldn't have a dog.

Even if there were a vet on this forum, it would still be hard to diagnose your dog over the internet... and even if they could, how would they prescribe treatment? Think about it, if you called your vet, what would they say? Either "Don't worry about it" (which is rarely the case) or "Come in for an appointment".

What do you want us to say? I feel bad for your dog, that you are wasting HIS time by posting online when you should be at the vet instead.

Added: you own the parents? So you already HAVE a vet, right? CALL HIM OR HER. ***WHY*** are you breeding dogs????

So you have 5 pups AND the parents. Wow! And you can't afford to take any of them to the vet, I take it. So, who vaccinated them at the age of 3 weeks? Who wormed them? Don't tell me, you don't have money for worming either? But you were hoping to make a killing by selling the puppies?

Well it looks like you ARE making a killing now. My guess is that this is not the only puppy that will die.

They ALL need to see a vet, so does the mother dog. They need to be vaccinated and checked over. If this is parvo, you'll lose the whole litter AND probably the parents as well.

Well done, you stupid, stupid, irresponsible person.

I don't care if you beg, steal, or borrow. The pups and mum need a vet, and the sick one needs to be hospitalised. Borrow money from your parents and pay them back.

CALL A VET!!! If it is life or death, the vet might arrange installments to pay off the bill.

You shouldn't have a dog if you can't afford the vet bills. Everything else is irresponsible. And you shouldn't breed if you don't know anything about it. Puppies are cute, but right now they are paying the prize for your irresponsibility.
I can't believe you are actually sitting at your pc and typing away whilst your pup is having fits.

I hope this experience tought you a lesson and you'll neuter your adult dogs asap.

Why do you have a 4 week old puppy? Why do you have a puppy if you can't afford a vet? This does not sound good at all...he might be having a seizure. You either need to get him to a vet or call a dog rescue to take him.

Nobody here can help you. Nobody here knows whats wrong.

Why do you have a 4 week old puppy? He needs his Mom for another 4 weeks. You HAVE to get him to the vet- use a credit card, apply for 'care credit' there, anything. It is neglectful, and illegal in many places, to deny your animal health care. Puppies that young can die quickly from issues a vet can clear up swiftly if the pup is brought in on time.

I totally understand $ is tight for many these days, and can sympathize, but you shouldn't have a puppy if you can't afford a vet visit. It's not fair to him.

You don't have a vet? Where do you take them when they need an annual exam or update vaccinations?

If your puppy does have Parvo all of the litter and mom and dad should all see a vet.

I'm sorry but, YOU NEED TO TAKE THE PUPPY TO A VET!!!!!

At 4 weeks of age the puppy should still be with its mother. Puppies are usually ready to go to their new homes at 7-8 weeks of age.

Parvo Virus the majority of cases are seen in dogs less than 6 months of age, with the most severe cases seen in puppies younger than 12 weeks of age. Symptoms characterized by vomiting (often severe), diarrhea, dehydration, dark or bloody feces, and in severe cases, fever and lowered white blood cell counts.

Even with the best available care, the mortality of severely infected animals is high. Without the correct amount of properly balanced intravenous fluids, the chance of recovery in a severely stricken animal is very small.
