Greenland glacier advancing 7.2 miles per year! The BBC recently ran a documentary, The Big Chill, saying that we could be on the verge of an ice age. Britain could be heading towards an Alaskan-type climate within a decade, say scientists, because the Gulf Stream is being gradually cut off. The Gulf Stream keeps temperatures unusually high for such a northerly latitude.
One of Greenland’s largest glaciers has already doubled its rate of advance, moving forward at the rate of 12 kilometers (7.2 miles) per year. To see a transcript of the documentary, go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/horizon/2003/bigchilltrans.shtml

NEW ZEALAND
All 48 glaciers in the Southern Alps have grown during the past year.
The growth is at the head of the glaciers, high in the mountains, where they
gained more ice than they lost. Noticeable growth should be seen at the
foot of the Fox and Franz Josef glaciers within two to three years.(27 May 2003)

Ice and snow piling up over a large area of Antarctica
- 19 May 2005 - According to a new study published in the online edition of Science, the East Antarctic Ice Sheet gained about 45 billion tons of ice between 1992 and 2003. The ice sheets are several kilometers thick in places, and contain about 90% of the world's ice.
Using data from the European Space Agency's radar satellites ERS-1 and ERS-2, a research team from the University of Missouri, Columbia, measured changes in altitude over about 70% of Antarctica's interior. East Antarctica thickened at an average rate of about 1.8 centimeters per year over the time period studied, the researchers discovered.

The region comprises about 75% of Antarctica 's total land area and about 85% of the total ice volume. The area in question covers more than 2.75 million square miles - roughly the same size as the United States.
(This means that more than 90 percent of the world's glaciers are growing thicker … while the media keeps yelling about the ones that are melting.)

Your first link was some 'crap' about discrediting Al Gore. As I saw it, it was purely political although in the pretext of global warming.
Second link.
It was also about Al Gore. Produce some facts without mentioning Al Gore and I will respond to it. Even excerpt from the links (as the second was quite long) and I'll respond to the scientific parts of it.
"Find me a link that doesn't have Al Gore in it."
Lol, this is your question. You find some sources of your own. I thought you had based your belief on other things then Al Gore. Obviously not.
"Explain to me then, how one volcano eruption produces more toxins than all of man kind."
Where are your sources? Do you just pick those number randomely?
"Find me a glacier that that is melting and I will find you a glacier that is growing..Explain that one???"
I'll take you up on that!
Here are 89 glaciars. Now produce 89 that aren't melting, with your sources.

"NORWAY

Hardangerjøkulen Glacier
Hansebreen Glacier
Jostefonn Glacier

"In 2001 mass balance measurements were performed on 13 glaciers in Norway - 10 in southern Norway and 3 in northern Norway." "The final results show negative net balance for twelve of thirteen glaciers. Hansebreen (-2.7 m w.eqv.) and Langfjordjøkelen (-2.3 m w.eqv.) had the greatest deficit. The result at Langfjordjøkelen is the
greatest deficit measured since measurements began in 1989. Gråsubreen was exactly in balance."

Entirely humans fault? No it is not.
However, point out one thing ( asides from the efforts of some) what are we doing to help slow the process. If we are not helping, we are hindering. The population is not getting smaller. Industrial demands are growing ever so rapidly and the 4% Co2 that you quoted is going to grow exponentially. Keep in mind that our industrial revolution did not begin too long ago. What is it going to be in another ten years with another few billion people on this planet.

Dear God Where do i begin give me strength.Do you have a Bachelors degree in Meteorology? I do.Does The Lord God Almighty have to come to earth and slap you silly for you to see the effects of Global Warming on our environment EVERY DAMN DAY??????????????????????????????
Ok Genius answer me this if the cycle of modern Global Warming we are going through rights now has nothing to do with the interference of Humankind then why has the MASSIVE GAPING HOLE in the Ozone layer over Antarctica only appeared in the last few decades??? Why not during the Permian Age when Volcanic activity was MUCH GREATER than it is today. One thing that we do agree on Humanity's capabilities of Self-delusion are AMAZING to me also.Maybe when your house is under a Mile Thick Glacier or the next Category 5 Hurricane blows you off to Oz you will see Global Warming for the self-imposed threat to Humanity it really is.One more thing PLEASE get your facts straight before you go off half ****** on a dangerous subject and help blind ever more people to this problem. Part of Global warming is also climatic COOLING in certain regions which causes GLACIERS TO GROW!!!!! God Save the world from ignorance. It is just so damn sad and funny to me that all that data on Glacial Growth you so obviously painstakingly collect PROVES THE EXISTENCE of Global warming better than I ever could Please Please for your own sake and that of your Children check into what I am saying here.

We all hope Al Gore is wrong about global warming, don't we? I think we humans could do a lot to help the situation, but if we don't, and if the American breadbasket turns into a desert and the world starves and billions die, that will bring me absolutely no, zero, nada satisfaction at all to have been proved right. None. Even if it means all the stupid people who never believed in global warming either died or became educated on their error. So you see, we really are all in the same boat. I hope you are right, I hope I am wrong.

So how do you explain places that never get snow that's getting snow? Or how the ocean level is rising and the glaciers are melting? You believe that there isn't global warming just like others believe there is. The point of begin an adult is that even if it's not your fault you should try to help the environment. If we can do things to make it better shouldn't we?

Its not maipulation--its science.
The only ones being manipulated are the people who are so gullible they believe the fairy tales put out by the oil companies and other special interests.
Like Bush--before the 2000 election he acknowledge the reality of CO2 emissions causing global warming, and called for emissions caps. Thenhe reversed his "position" and started censoring scientific reports. Now he's switched again.
Yet the sheep still buy the nonsense about global warming not being the result of human activity. If the issue wern't so serious, it would be funny. As it is, they're just pathetic.

It's true, there have been many warm periods that have led to ice ages in Earth's history, but in all that time the levels of greenhouse gasses have NEVER been half as high as they are now. Humans are doing in centuries what takes the Earth millennial to do! We are responsible for it this time.

even if our pollution is not messing with the environment, we still need to cut it out. Humans are becoming increasingly more sick. Because of all the chemicals in the air. there is only so much medicine will be able to do.
I personally think you are an idiot. there is so much more to the environment/energy crisis than co2 levels in the atmosphere. which is what is causing the warming trend.

Obviously we are not helping the problem by adding more CO2.
