KitKat got it right!
You need to know what the enzymes are!! You also need to know the source of the sugar used since it could be processed through bone char or animal based charcoal. What is the source of their whey? Was it made using rennet (cow stomach)?

I'd be willing to bet that the unnamed enzymes are animal based and are being used to prevent the gluten from shrinking during processing and baking. That would also explain why their soy lecithin has been 'pre-digested' by unnamed enzymes.

That's fine. I'm vegetarian, and you should know whether it is or not because it should say so on the package of the food. If you're still not sure, check the dietry info. It should say things like: contains milk, egg and gluten. The only thing you may have to read the ingredients on is gelatine, found in mainly sweets, because it's kept hidden by calling it a gelling agent.

That would depends what the enzymes are exactly. You need to call the company and ask.

It's vegetarian, but it's not vegan because of the whey.

cultured whey is a milk by-product. depending on what type of vegetarian you are it may or may not be acceptable.
