ANGINA= DIL HAY KAY MANTA HI NAHEEN.
MARRAIGE= DIL WALA DULHINYA LAY JAI GAA.
HEART TRANSPLANT= HUM DIL DAY CHUKA SANNUM.
ARRYTHMIAS= DIL JALTA HAI TO JALNAY DO.

Dil ka daura is the right word in urdu .

ya, in urdu it would be...' DIL KAA DAORAA'...
'Dil'... though seems to be a hindi word is also the urdu word for heart.The literal translation of the word ' ATTACK' would be 'HAMLAA'...but this word is not used when we are using it as ' heart attack'...Hence, it would be proper to say "dil kaa daoraa" or "dil kaa dauraa" for heart attack.
[ pay attention..its not pronounced " dora"...but a little bit 'a' and 'u' tone is added to the word]
