No. AIDS is actually a condition caused by having the HIV virus. There are other STDS that are transmitted sexually, but they have to be transmitted from someone else. The worst thing that can happen is getting some chaffing if you are a bit too enthusiastic and don't have any lubricant.
There are plenty of misconceptions about masturbation. Do your homework and you'll realize that it isn't some mysterious horrible thing.

No, masterbating can not cause any STDs unless you are masterbating with another person and exchange some bodily fluids. If you are masterbating the correct way (alone) then you'll be fine.
