Not all alcohols are vegan. Some wines contain eggs. Many aren't even vegetarian (use fish bladders for processing.)

Most alcohol does not contain animal products. Moonshine and tequilla are the only ones I am aware of that use any animal products. I drink socially but only once every few months or so. I prefer to be the DD.

some does, about 70% fo wine has bone, fish or eggs in it.
However, its not difficult to find vegan wine, we have gallons of the stuff !

Some of them are treated with gelatin, blood, or isinglass, but there are many brands that are not and therefore acceptable to vegans.

I know of no (straight) alcohols that contain animal products. When they say "spirits", they don't mean the spirit of a dead animal ;)
