Chlamydia and gonorrhea can be transmitted during oral sex. It's more likely to transmit from the genital to the mouth than the other way around. The bacteria infect the throat and cause symptoms similar to Strep throat.

Herpes can be transmitted during oral sex, too. It can go from mouth to genitals and vice versa. While traditionally HSV-1 causes oral herpes and HSV-2 causes genital herpes, both viruses can infect either site (with some provisions and restrictions, but for the sake of simplification, YES, you can get both in both sites).

HIV can be transmitted during oral sex, but it is very, very rare. Nonetheless, using a dental dam during cunnilingus or flavored condom during fellatio can prevent transmission of germs.
