I hate to bring this up, but..... it could be the germs on your penis that are infecting these women. If you are clean and your partner goes to the toilet after sex then everything should be OK.

Many women get UTIs after an increased amount of sex being just foreplay or complete intercouse. However, that being said, if you have a pattern of all partners getting a UTI after intercourse then you may well be a carrier. Women can often get symptomatic infections to organisms which have no significant symptoms in men. Just as men can get extreme symptoms from some STDs and the female partners show no symptoms.
If your partners repeatedly get UTIs then you should be seen together at the clinic. Explain the history and issue to the provider. They should, in addition to a routine urinalysis for UTI, get a culture and sensitivity from both of you. On the male in addition to a urine sample a penile swabbing should be made for culture. Then when the organism is identified both partners should be treated at the same time.
Again, all this being said, as the current diseases out there often have no cure and can result in death... lf you are not in a long term monogamous relationship with a person known to be disease free... use a condom!!!
Finally remember the females uretheal meatus is usually manipulated during any genital sexual contact, bacteria ofrm the man's body or elsewhere on the female's body can be introduced into the urinary system.

It's quite common for women to develop a urinary tract infection after sex. It may not necessarily be from you, as bacteria can naturally exist on the skin of both you and your partner. The act of sex can push that bacteria up towards the woman's urethra where they can multiply and cause a UTI. I believe if the woman is wearing a diaphragm, this effect may be more pronounced. Anal sex combined with vaginal sex will also increase the risk of a UTI because a higher concentration of bacteria is located in the anus.
UTI's are typically easily taken care of with a prescription of ciproflaxin from your doctor.
To decrease the chances of this happening in the future, avoid positions that are uncomfortable on the woman's urethra. Make sure she empties her bladder before and after sex. Use a lubricant like KY. And always wash up.
Hope this helps.

Uti after sex is usually caused by irritation around the urethra sometimes from being too dry or just from going too long.
Since theirs comes and goes, maybe it's not from you, but you should get checked 1 more time. Try using a condom, so you don't get what they have, (if you haven't already got it) most common UTI is from e. coli which is in poop. either they don't wash good, or you zigged when you should have zagged.

UTI is often asymptomatic (no symptoms), if you really want to be sure have a urinalysis. UTI's can bring many complications like damage to the kidneys which can be irreversible.
Good luck!

The sperm is naturally treated like an outsider by their immune systems. I wonder if you are eating or taking pills these women all are sensitive to as well? Sounds like their immune systems are a little more keyed up than some women's though....

Another possible answer is if you are sleeping with some or all of these women within the same period of time... you could be possibly spreading bacteria from one to another...
