Sounds to me like you are homesick or feeling guilty about living far away. If you are older you are probably feeling everyone's mortality a bit more. Keep in close contact with your parent's. Do what you need to do to calm your guilty concience, call once a week, email every couple of days, go visit them, or have them visit you.

This is part of life, we are born, we grow and we die.
Especially when we have old folks at home, more often when we get to certain age, more or less we will be thinking about the parents who bring us up. Subconsciously we accept the fact that everyone must die. Dreaming is subconscious behavior and it sometimes is telling us things we don't want to mention or talk about in day time.
Dreaming of parents is the same thing in this case. Whether it is coincident or premonitory, dying is a process of life.
In your case, if your parents still live, this kind of dream of dying serves as reminder of "more communication now before they actually depart". That is what the dream is about.

According to Dreamcrowd:
To dream that you die in your dream, symbolizes inner changes, transformation, self-discovery and positive development that is happening within you or in your life. Although such a dreams may bring about feelings of fear and anxiety, it is no cause for alarm and is often considered a positive symbol. Dreams of experiencing your own death usually means that big changes are ahead for you. You are moving on to new beginnings and leaving the past behind. These changes does not necessarily imply a negative turn of events. Metaphorically, dying can be seen as an end or a termination to your old ways and habits. So, dying does not always mean a physical death, but an ending of something. On a negative note, to dream that you die may represent involvement in deeply painful relationships or unhealthy, destructive behaviors. You may feeling depressed or feel strangled by a situation or person in your waking life. Perhaps your mind is preoccupied with someone who is terminally ill or dying. Alternatively, you may be trying to get out of some obligation, responsibility or other situation. To see someone dying in your dream, signifies that your feelings for that person are dead or that a significant change/loss is occurring in your relationship with that person. Alternatively, you may want to repress that aspect of yourself that is represented by the dying person. See also: Die

1. Dreaming of a parents death suggests that the dreamer needs to break away from learned childhood behavior and develope as an individual.
2. To be conscious of people talking in a dream gives a sense of being in contact with our own ability to communicate. We are able to express clearly what we feel and think, whereas in waking life we may not feel confident. Also, we are perhaps afraid of not being listened to properly, and this anxiety can express itself through hearing someone else talking. It is not necessarily the words that are important, more the sense of what is being said.
I hope this will answer some of your questions. I know it must have been really unnearving to have these dreams, but they are meant to help you not scare you. Take care.

It probably means: 1. You're worried about them; 2. You're depressed; or 3. You'd better book a ticket.
If you are not centering your thoughts on your own death, several dreams is a bit much to ignore. Get on a plane. Go see your folks.

Your answerers who opined that more kindness toward your dad would be wise. Perhaps if he has a Saturday chore, you could help him with it. A hour or two once a week for a while. "Testimony of Light," Helen Greaves, "Men in White Apparel," Ann Ree Colton, and even "The Great Divorce," C. S. Lewis, would be helpful for you, imo. Glad to hear you love your dad. That most likely means a lot to him.

Death
For years in our family it has meant that someone in the family would soon be wed and the wedding would be beautiful. In some circles it means a birth, the opposite of death. To be unable to identify the dead person means a windfall of money for you, To talk to a dead relative is a sign of great good luck.

People often dream about the things they fear most. I often have the same dream but theyve died horribly. I was taken to my GP and thats when he said you can dream about what you fear.

Someone you know (Not them) will be dead soon. So save money for the trip and plan to stay for at least three days. It will be alright in the end.
