omg it's great!
you get variety, texture, flavor!
you can order simple to complex
new and unusual to old standards!
i love it. i got my mom hooked on it too
if you have never had it before start simple like a california or philly roll. work up to other rolls
remember it's not all raw.
we have a local sushi bar that knows me and my bf as soon as we walk in the dr they have our fave rolls started. they are always bringing us new things to try!

I like it now but not all of it. When I first ate it I was not crazy about it, it is too different from what I am used to. I have so many people in my life that love it and they kept pushing it on me and now I have found what I like. Sushi happens.

I'm a sushi cheif... it's ok, but remember to check what the cheif is putting in it... u might want to taste a small bit of the rice befor u buy to see if u like the flavor... the fish is nasty, really, most is frozen not fresh, the seaweed is an aquired taste
