no you won't die from lice, lice can get you sick, but won't kill u, if u get bitten go to the doctor immediatley. And No surgery is required

No but it makes your head itch and it's a pain to remove all the little buggers from your scalp.

but go to a drug store && ask a pharmacist about special shmpoo to wash && kill them .
&& wash your hair a lot .
