The KD-G502 is a UK model, which is why it doesn't appear on JVC's US site. Unfortunately it's not available for free download on JVC's UK site either; it is available for paid download here: http://www.easyadd.co.uk/acatalog/JVC_KD-G502_instruction_manual.html
