Ventricular Septal Defect( VSD)- A hole connecting two ventricle(lower chambers of the heart).
Highest prevalence 2 : 1000 births.

Other congenital heart diseases are ,
Atrial septal defect- A hole connecting two atria(upper chambers of the heart).

Coarctation of Aorta- Congenital narrowing of the descending aorta.

Malpositioning of greater vessels- aorta arises from the right ventricle(normally, it should be from left ventricle) and the pulmonary artery arises from the left ventricle( normally, it should be in the right ventricle).
Although, there are many more, these are commonly occurring anomalies.
