I think you have the numbers backward. The first number is the Systolic pressure. That is the pressure when the heart pumps (beats). The second number is Diastolic pressure. That's when the heart is resting between beats. It would be difficult to see how the pressure would be greater when the heart is resting or less when the heart is pumping. Try reading your BP again and check to see if the first number is not greater than the second.

Your systolic pressure which is when your heart beats is 100 which is healthy for your age. The diastolic which is when your heart rests in between beats is very high, so your heart is not resting...You need intervention for that, because it could be potentially fatal, an ideal blood pressure reading should be be 120/80 give or take a few given your age. You don't suffer with hypertension (hight blood pressure)..There could be another underlying problem why your heart is not resting low enough in between beats, so please consult your physician...Good luck and good health

Strictly control of diet without cafein, salt, spicy, alcohol, sugar (for high blood sugar), fat and cholesterol, and maintain optimal weight, plus few short fast walks daily.
May also need some beta blocker pills.
