okay i eat like pepperoni and a little bi of brisket but no chicken or prok i only eat pepperoni and brisket and i am very picky no onions no peppers no big chunky tomatoes so i mainly eat like snacks im 13 so i know this isnt best for me i dont want to eat like this my whole life buti have trouble eating meat because then i think about what i am eating im always hungery because well i dont eat any good fillers my parents are tired of it and i know i cant make myself like surten food but i dont like trying new foods and my food choices are slim and most arent very healthy i eat rice and potatoes and green beans but im just wanting food i can make for lunch and not always eating junk food so i get full and stay full for longer then 5 minutes so can you help me

im not over weight i just dont always eat healthy food i eat swiss cake rolls sometimes more then i need but i ride my bike i play soccer and jump on a trampoliene so dont be asumeing im fat cuz im not i just need healthier food to eat i eat food thats good for me i just need more i deas

i am kinda like that but i dont eat pork only chicken and fish...try sandwitches like a chicken sandwich or a fish fallet sandwich i eat fries too..╚

You sound more like a "picky eater" than a vegetarian.

All I can say is try to get more variety in your diet; try to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables. Limit canned food. Fast food isn't an absolute no-no, but use moderation, try not to eat it every day. Try eating things like raw baby carrots and bananas for a snack--both are very filling and healthy. You might be at higher risk for health problems like obesity, diabetes, gout, high blood pressure and heart problems when you get older if you don't try to get more variety in your food.

My mom had terrible eating habits; she was morbidly obese, and got diabetes and heart problems later on. She finally started eating better after she was diagnosed with diabetes, but it was probably too late and she didn't live very long.

However, you're probably not eating any worse than a lot of people your age, so you should do okay. A lot of people have very limited taste in food and they don't seem to have any more health problems than anybody else. But I still think your chances of good health are much better if you eat a good variety of foods with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, whether you want to eat meat or not.

The is no such thing as a sort of or semi vegetarian. You are an omnivore if you eat meat. If you are 13, you are more then capable of learning to cook and trying new foods.

stop being fat. you ARE old enough to know what is good for your body and what isn't. it's simple instead of grabbing the nasty bag of chips grab a fruit, handful of nuts, dried fruit, or some veggies when your on the go! :] even pretzels and popcorn are better than what i think you are eating. and for food..ditch that pepperoni it's disgusting just re-search what it is, and plus its full of sodium, yuck. google "easy vegetarian recipes" and you will get soooo many sites. good luck on the change, and get skinny.

If you eat stuff like rice and beans, Its very filling and it will probably make you full for longer than just a short amount of time.You also burn alot of energy which makes you hungry

Honey - red meat is terrible for you. I was just like you, I only ate red meat. My weight was out of control, so I figured since I only ate the 'bad' meat anyway, I should cut it out all together. You are at a perfect age to start coming into yourself and figuring out how you wanna live your life for its entirety.

I think you using this as a cop-out to eat Crap! BTW peperoni has pork in it. ITs sausage.

Pepperoni is a spicy Italian-American variety of dry salami usually made of pork , beef and sometimes fish.

Stop using this as a cop-out to eat crap.
