Masturbation, whether self or together or mutual is a pretty safe form of sex.

Yes, HIV, like all STD's, is transmitted through sexual contact but unless there is entry the risk is minimal. Specifically, unless you had open woulds, cuts or sores on your hand (or elsewhere where his semen landed), there is no easy way a sexually transmitted infection would enter your system. Same for him.

Plus in order to transmit a STD, between two people, one of them has to have an STD. So, neither of you can get somethign if the other doesn't have it to begin with.

So, if you know the guy well and feel comfortable with him and you don;t have cuts or sores then feel free to carry on as you please. After all, masturbation is healthy, normal and fun.

The chances of catching AIDS is very very low even if he did have it. Unless you had an open wound on your hand that semen cam into contact with, or got some in your vagina, you will not get it. It has to get inside your blood stream and casual contact is not enough. The Meds are anti viral just to be safe. Do not worry. As for forgetting the friend, that is up to you. If he has aids friends are good, just avoid contact with his body fluids.

Mutual masturbation is a low risk activity in terms of HIV infection, if you had no open wounds/cuts on your hand you will be fine because it would have no way to enter your body or bloodstream.

HIV/AIDS is only caused through contact with the bloodstream. Be carefull that there are no open wounds anywhere on the body and as always thoroughly wash your hands after contact with everything that can carry bacterium and viruses

you have nothing to worry about, it takes penetration to transmit HIV via the semen. I am not sure what he prescribed you or why, but it wasn't because of mutual masturbation. RELAX.
