ive lived all my life in NJ and i dont think so....just the good feeling that your doing something to help everyoen

The incentive is the lowering of property taxes by reducing the cost to ship garbage to a landfill and extra money earned by sale of the recyclables.

If they don't, they should. All states/countries should. Or punishment for not, that may be more motivating.
I like Recycle or Die, I'm from NH, Live Free or Die. That's pretty funny.
