i went to the obgyn and she told me i had pimples on my genitals
but do you think they can be cancer?
cuz they leave scarsz sometimesz when they go away

no, cancer doesn't express that way. I should think your ob/gyn would have told you what they were.

Why didn't you ask the doctor when you were there? They can see what's going on and tell you.
