If two bartenders are working a bar, and you start a tab up with one, but get drinks from them both who gets the tip at the end of the night? Or do they share the tips?

When i worked bars we used to generally share the tips. However if the bar is large with many tenders you tend to keep your own. In the case you describe you should share.

They usually share tips-leave a tip based on one bartender
