Appetizers, soups, entrees, deli, etc. Tofu, seitan, taro, analogs, etc. Dishes are well prepared and tasty. Esp try the Scallion Pancake Deluxe appetizer and the Chef's Special Crispy Stufed Tofu with "eight precious jewels" in black bean sauce. A small selection of Ten Ren teas. Take-out, lunch specials. Low-fat steamed entrees available. Highly recommended.

Hi, look up the list of New Jersey vegetarian restaurants in New Jersey on VegDining.com. I don't exactly know where Bergen County is, but maybe you can find something; there are 26 just in New Jersey. Here's the link:

Hit up www.yellowpages.com and search for restaurants. Or better yet, search for "vegetarian" under the local tab of a Yahoo search. You might get some in surrounding areas, too. Good luck!
