All it is is a flour torrtilla with cheese and a sauce that is folded in half and grilled

It's hella good. They also have this sauce they put in which I would like to know myself that makes the quesadilla hella gooood.

I haven't had one in a while, but I think they add canned diced green chile peppers with the cheese.
