Waffles with fresh fruit, orange juice, a cup of white or chamomille tea, and a bit of oatmel.
Or stuffed crapes with milk, and toast on the side.
Cinammon pancakes and scrambled eggs (more egg whites)

Yogurt and a sandwich (whole grain bread, cheese, a deli meat, and mayonnaise), sometimes cereal with milk, sometimes some fruit (banana/peach) and a Nature's Valley granola bar.
